Guest soloists Simone Easthope, Prudence Dunstone, Simon Gilkes and David Brennan performed with amazing warmth and dexterity, whilst the choir was outstanding both in their delivery and musicality. The choir was skilfully led by WI Principal Dr David Johnston, with the Requiem ensemble woven together under the baton of WI Master of Music candidate, Anthony Clarke.

Another higher education music provider commented, “…what you have achieved with the choir and orchestra is now the benchmark for the rest of us – quality and responsiveness is the combination… sincere congratulations.”

Other audience members enthused, “It was great! The acoustics of the place were great, the choir was great and not a note was missed by the orchestra. It was better than listening to a CD for that matter… everyone should go.”

Overall, the concert was a resounding success, with the choir, soloists and orchestra delivering an exquisite performance of Mozart’s timeless masterpiece. Make sure you don’t miss Wesley Institute’s up and coming performances. Click here for details.
